Job summary

Workman Labs in London is seeking a Generative AI Pipeline Engineer (Tech Lead) to architect an AI Media Production platform, bridging creative teams and software infrastructure.

You’ll own modular pipelines, train LoRAs end-to-end, and ship one-click presets for image and video generation, while ensuring quality control.

As the first engineer in this direction, you will shape the technical roadmap and collaborate closely with the Design Director.

Qualifications

• Shipped generative pipelines used by others.
• Production-grade workflows in ComfyUI or code-first environments.
• Strong Python for automation and APIs.
• LoRA training end-to-end.
• Experience deploying pipelines as internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and run the AI Media Production platform with GPU environments and one-click UIs.
• Ship modular, versioned pipelines (node-based or code-first).
• Develop one-click presets and use cases for image and video generation.
• Train LoRAs end-to-end from data curation to evaluation.
• Build control-first generation into pipelines: ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, reference conditioning.
• Engineer QC into pipelines: automated checks against product references.
• Encode best assets into reusable presets and styles.
• Own the technical roadmap with the Design Director; evaluate new models and tools.
