Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Creative Strategist to join our Performance Marketing team. You’ll fuse creative, culture and data to drive measurable growth across our markets and verticals.

You’ll own a best-in-class testing engine, turning insights into ideas, briefs into production, and results into new hypotheses. Expect hands-on creation with UGC and lo-fi content, plus close collaboration with Performance Marketing and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative strategy or related growth roles.
• Strong understanding of paid social and customer acquisition.
• Hands-on with UGC and lo-fi production; CapCut/Canva experience.
• Able to spot trends and translate data into creative hypotheses.
• Creative instincts with strong messaging and tests mindset.
• Willing to experiment quickly and collaboratively with the team.
• Interest in AI and emerging creative tech to speed work.

Responsibilities

• Own creative experimentation across Meta, TikTok, Snap and emerging channels.
• Mine reviews and performance data to understand customer motivations.
• Turn insights into personas, hooks and concepts for campaigns.
• Build our UGC and lo-fi engine; brief creators and prototype content.
• Live in the platforms; monitor trends and convert opportunities into tests.
• Turn data into creative; analyse hook rate, CTR, CVR, CAC and win rate.
• Maintain a testing and insights system; share learnings across channels.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, ideation and iteration.
• Raise the creative capability of the team; coach marketers.
