Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the LLM Suite Engineering team in the UK.

You will own technical direction across architecture, implementation, and production stability, focusing on secure, scalable software and seamless integration with existing systems. Responsibilities include designing AI/ML and agentic solutions, building with Azure/AWS, and leading hands-on engineering to advance the enterprise GenAI platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and ops stability.
• Experience building GenAI services with cloud providers (Azure/AWS).
• Proficiency with Python and modern microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot AI/ML and agentic solutions.
• Write secure, production-grade code and maintain integration with existing systems.
• Create architecture artifacts and ensure delivery constraints are met.
• Lead hands-on engineering to build agentic and GenAI capabilities for the LLM Suite platform.
