Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Agentic AI Operations Lead to drive the development and management of agentic AI solutions across Client360. You will coordinate with platform and data ops teams to pivot day-to-day activities into agent-led workflows.

You will shape the Agentic AI workbench, define deployment frameworks, monitor performance, and mentor teams in AI operations and change management.

Qualifications

Experience delivering AI operations, business initiatives, or transformation programs.
Knowledge of agentic AI systems, service delivery and data analytics.
Ability to drive adoption of AI operations lifecycle activities.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Track record in large-scale AI integration and analytics projects.
Understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

Lead the product development and technology build of the Agentic AI workbench.
Partner with architecture and engineering to shape future state architecture.
Manage delivery, optimization, and integration of agentic AI operations.
Plan, execute and manage AI operations projects and risk frameworks.
Coach junior team members and mentor stakeholders in AI operations best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and user-centricity.
Define user experience for agentic AI operations and derive data-driven insights.
Support regulatory compliance and risk management in AI initiatives.
Monitor KPIs to ensure measurable business value and adoption.
