Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Applied AI Engineering Lead - Vice President to shape the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions that enhance Markets Operations workflows, controls, and productivity.

You will build reusable AI patterns and production-grade services, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will establish evaluation, monitoring, and risk controls, and drive continual learning, telemetry, and safe release practices across enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, or related field.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python and production-grade applications.
• Experience designing and building AI/ML/generative AI or agentic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of agentic AI applications for Markets Operations.
• Define and drive AI engineering architecture patterns for scalable, secure production AI.
• Design agent harnesses, orchestration layers, tool-use frameworks, and guardrails.
