Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Agentic AI Operations Associate to help build and run agentic AI workflows for Client360. You will translate intent into working software, improve delivery quality, and reduce frontline effort by understanding technical requirements with minimal guidance.

You will work with product, architecture, engineering, platform operations, and data operations teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and well‑controlled automation, with emphasis on traceability, monitoring, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of real-world software delivery experience as an engineer.
• Ability to operate with minimal hand-holding and implement fixes independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot / Claude Code).
• Strong fundamentals: version control, testing, debugging, code review.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and safe deployment practices.
• Strong communication across product, architecture, engineering, operations.
• Willingness to learn regulated environments, secure SDLC, data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software enabling agentic AI operations for Client360, working within platform standards.
• Partner with architecture and engineering leads to implement the target-state Agentic AI workbench and control environment.
• Own small-to-medium engineering deliverables end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing and release.
• Contribute to code reviews and quality gates; identify and remediate risky changes.
• Support runbooks, telemetry, dashboards, alerts, and production hygiene.
• Contribute to CI/CD and release practices with automated pipelines and environment promotion.
• Coordinate integration with platform and data operations teams to ensure reliability and auditability.
• Support traceability and evidence across requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and using data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets and product teams to drive adoption of agentic AI solutions.
