Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1+ years in a company with strong product management culture.
• Experience learning new businesses and mapping pain points and opportunities.
• Experience driving product lifecycle, writing product documents, and leading teams from idea to launch.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures and prompting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure baseline business metrics for AI products and validate production performance against goals.
• Build demos and prototypes using code agents and collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and front-office leads to define requirements.
• Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements.
• Write and own user stories and PRDs.
• Contribute to team-wide and firm-wide AI presentations.
