A prominent healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Band 4 Lead Admin Officer for its Breast Screening Administration Hub located at Edgware Community Hospital. This part-time role, focused on weekend shifts, involves leading administration functions, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The position requires eligibility to work in the UK or meeting visa sponsorship criteria. The candidate will help support essential activities related to the breast screening pathway.
We are advertising an exciting role as a Band 4 Lead Admin Officer within the London Administration Hub (The Hub) of the Royal Free Hospital Breast Screening Service; based within our Edgware Community Hospital site.
The Hub supports all six London clinical breast screening units and over 1.3 million eligible women across London for their three yearly screening rounds, aged 50‑70. It provides a range of administrative functions, including patient data collation and reporting, appointment scheduling, and a call centre to manage appointment cancellations and re‑books.
The post holder will support the work of the London Breast Screening Administration Hub by accurately, efficiently and timely executing essential activities that support the entire breast screening pathway, under the direction of the Assistant Service Manager.
This is a part‑time weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub.
You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. The trust welcomes applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship.
