Job summary

Kwalee, a leading mobile game publisher based in Leamington Spa, is hiring a Lead Ad Monetisation Manager to grow ad revenue across our portfolio while keeping players happy. You’ll own the monetisation stack from mediation to bidding and partner with product teams to design compelling ad experiences.

This hands-on role is for a senior monetisation expert in F2P mobile games, with strong analytics (SQL/BI) and experience running A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Senior ad monetisation experience in F2P mobile games.
• Hands-on with mediation platforms and in-app bidding.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience running ad A/B tests without harming player experience.
• Understanding of how ad LTV fuels UA.
• Able to manage partner relationships and negotiations.
• Curious and proactive, spotting revenue opportunities early.
• Desirable: hybrid mobile game monetisation experience.
• Desirable: mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Own ad revenue strategy across games: mediation, bidding, and geo strategy.
• Monitor eCPM, fill, and ad performance; respond quickly to changes.
• Design ad experiences with product teams and rewarded ads.
• Run A/B tests with revenue goals and track retention impact.
• Identify misconfigurations and recover revenue.
• Build relationships with ad networks and bring in new demand.
• Grow and mentor monetisation analysts.
