Kwalee’s Senior Ad Monetisation role sits in Leamington Spa, driving ad revenue across mobile games with hands-on mediation and bidding expertise. You’ll optimize eCPM, geometry strategy, and formats, while leading tests that push growth without harming player experience.

You’ll own monetisation across titles, mentor analysts, and build strong partnerships with ad networks, delivering measurable revenue improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior ad monetisation experience in F2P mobile games.
• Hands-on expertise with mediation platforms and in-app bidding.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience running ad A/B tests while protecting the player experience.
• Understanding of how ad LTV fuels UA.
• Confident in partner relationships and negotiations.
• Curious and proactive: you find revenue opportunities early.

Responsibilities

• Own ad revenue strategy across our games, including mediation, bidding, and geo mix.
• Optimize eCPM, fill, and ad performance across titles and geos, and react quickly.
• Design ad experiences with product and producers on formats and placements.
• Run A/B tests with revenue goals while protecting retention.
• Detect misconfigurations and recover revenue.
• Manage relationships with ad networks and mediation partners; bring in new demand.
• Mentor monetisation analysts and grow the team.
