Job summary

Kwalee’s Product & Growth team seeks a Lead Ad Monetisation Manager to grow ad revenue across our mobile portfolio while keeping players happy. You’ll own monetisation strategy, optimize performance, and drive revenue through mediation and bidding optimisations, network mix, and geo strategy.

You’ll work hands-on in the Leamington Spa studio, collaborating with product and producers to design formats and rewarded ads that players enjoy.

Qualifications

• Senior ad monetisation experience in F2P mobile games across multiple titles.
• Hands-on expertise with leading mediation platforms and in‑app bidding.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience running ad A/B tests while protecting the player experience.
• Understanding of how ad LTV fuels UA.
• Confident in partner relationships and negotiations.
• Curious and proactive: you find the next pound of revenue before anyone asks.

Responsibilities

• Own ad revenue - set the ad monetisation strategy across our games, from mediation and bidding to network mix and geo strategy.
• Optimise every day - monitor eCPM, fill and ad performance across games, formats and geos, and act quickly.
• Design great ad experiences - collaborate on formats, placements and rewarded ads that players enjoy.
• Test, learn, repeat - run A/B tests with revenue goals and monitor retention.
• Be our revenue detective - catch misconfigurations and recover revenue.
• Build strong partnerships - lead relationships with ad networks and mediation partners, and bring in new demand.
• Grow the team - guide and mentor monetisation analysts.
