Job summary

Kwalee, a leading mobile games publisher, seeks a Lead User Acquisition Manager to steer UA across our mobile portfolio, including live hits and new releases. You’ll grow a UA team, own campaigns, partner with analytics, and drive profitable scale while collaborating with game teams to maximize growth.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games, with profitability across ad networks.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV, and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

• Steer portfolio UA strategy across games and channels.
• Grow and coach the UA team with clear ownership of each game.
• Uncover profitable scale by identifying fast-growing opportunities.
• Work with analytics on targets and challenge numbers when needed.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics to test and scale ads.
• Run market tests for new game ideas to spot winners early.
• Share market insights with producers and product teams to drive growth.
• Build partnerships with ad networks and platforms to explore new channels.
