Job summary

Kwalee’s Leamington Spa studio is seeking a Senior Ad Monetisation Manager to drive revenue from ads across our mobile and PC/Console portfolio. You’ll own monetisation strategy, optimize eCPM and ad performance, and design engaging ad experiences that balance player enjoyment with revenue growth.

The role is hands-on, data-driven, and focused on testing, learning, and documenting wins. Hybrid collaboration and leadership of monetisation analysts are part of the mix.

Qualifications

• Senior ad monetisation experience in F2P mobile games across multiple titles.
• Hands-on expertise with mediation platforms and in-app bidding.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience running ad A/B tests while protecting player experience.
• Understanding of how ad LTV fuels UA.
• Confident in partner relationships and negotiations.
• Curious and proactive: you find revenue opportunities proactively.

Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Senior Ad Monetisation Manage to grow ad revenue across our portfolio while keeping players happy. Ads are a big part of our success story, and you’ll be writing the next chapter.

We’ll match the title to your experience. This role is for you if you’re a hands-on owner who loves living in the mediation stack, spotting hidden revenue before anyone else, running smart tests and sharing the story behind every win.

This role is based in our Leamington Spa studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Own ad revenue - set the ad monetisation strategy across our games, from mediation and bidding to network mix and geo strategy.
• Optimise every day - keep a close eye on eCPM, fill and ad performance across games, formats and geos, and act fast when things move.
• Design great ad experiences - work with product and producers on formats, placements and rewarded ads that players actually enjoy.
• Test, learn, repeat - run A/B tests with clear revenue goals and a watchful eye on retention.
• Be our revenue detective - catch misconfigurations and discrepancies early, and win that revenue back.
• Build strong partnerships - lead relationships with ad networks and mediation partners, and bring in new demand when it pays.
• Grow the team - guide and support our monetisation analysts.

What You’ll Own:

Ad revenue and ad LTV across our portfolio. You’ll be the go-to owner of how our games earn from ads: keeping performance healthy, closing leaks fast, and turning every good idea into a tested win.
