Hiddenwell is seeking a Laundry Supervisor at Ardencote Manor, a Luxury Wellness Retreat. This full-time, permanent role supports the Housekeeping team to ensure clean linen, towels and robes are available throughout the day.

The candidate should excel in organisation, attention to detail and teamwork, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The role is hands-on with shift patterns across mornings and afternoons, offering a clear progression within a prestige

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and high standards of presentation.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks on a busy shift.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work hands-on.
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of laundry duties.

Responsibilities

• Move and track bed linen, towels and robes throughout the hotel.
• Prepare trolleys and cupboards for daily use and ensure cleanliness.
• Strip departed rooms and manage linen collection for washing.
• Deliver clean linen and towels to floors as needed.
• Check deliveries against notes and report discrepancies.
• Washing, refilling and distributing guest water bottles.
• Report housekeeping issues and keep corridors guest-ready at shift end.
