Howden Group is offering a Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship Programme in London. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme, working in-office 3–4 days per week.

The programme targets Level 3 HR apprenticeship and provides hands-on recruitment experience across diverse teams. No prior insurance experience is required; you will learn everything on the job and build strong interview and candidate management skills within Howden's global

Qualifications

• No insurance experience is needed; we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• JoinTalent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across full recruitment process.
• Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
• Arrange interviews and assessment centres; coordinate diaries and candidate communication.
