Job summary

Howden Group is offering an Internal Growth Apprenticeship Programme in London beginning September 2027. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18‑month development programme.

You’ll learn to use data to track activity, support campaigns, and work with senior stakeholders, building insurance knowledge along the way. Hybrid work with in‑office presence 2–3 days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Structured induction and onboarding into the Internal Growth team.
• Assist campaigns to identify opportunities for existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging communications.
• Prepare clear presentations for senior meetings.
• Take accurate notes and follow-up on actions in key meetings.
• Build insurance knowledge through formal learning and practical experience.
