Howden is launching a Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship Programme in London for January 2027. You will join as an apprentice in a permanent role from day one, while completing an 18-month development programme.

The structure requires office work 3–4 days a week and living within a commutable distance. You will gain hands-on experience across full recruitment, create engaging campaigns, and support the team in selecting future talent.

• Learn how our Talent Acquisition team partners with hiring managers to understand the needed skills and capabilities.
• Assist in creating clear and engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
• Arrange interviews and assessment centres by coordinating diaries and confirming availability with candidates and teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Help manage candidate inboxes and respond to questions professionally.
• Review first-stage applications and learn how to identify candidates with potential.
