Job summary

Howden is offering an Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme in London starting September 2027. You join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18‑month development programme, with a structured induction and 2–3 days in the office weekly.

You will learn to use data to track activity, support campaigns, and build insurance knowledge, collaborating with senior leaders across the Retail business.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within a global business.
• Ability to work with data, present insights and support campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Learn to use data to track activity and monitor progress.
• Support campaigns that help Howden identify opportunities for existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging communications and presentations.
• Prepare clear updates for senior stakeholders and take accurate notes in meetings.
• Build insurance knowledge through practical experience across the business.
