Job summary

Howden is recruiting for an Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme in London. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18‑month development programme, earning £23,000 per year. You’ll work in the office 2–3 days a week and live within a commutable distance, starting September 2027.

No prior insurance experience is required; you will be trained. The programme includes campaigns, presentations, and cross-team collaboration to grow existing client business.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with this apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to use data to track activity and monitor progress.
• Support campaigns that identify opportunities for existing clients.
• Work with marketing to create engaging communications and updates for meetings.
• Take accurate notes in key meetings and follow up on actions.
• Build insurance knowledge through formal learning and practical exposure.
