Howden is offering a permanent apprenticeship in its Internal Growth team in the UK. You'll work across the Retail business, support campaigns, prepare presentations and help senior leaders grow existing client business, gaining a broad view of Howden.

You will start with a structured induction and an 18‑month development programme that builds your insurance knowledge, data skills and professional confidence; no prior insurance experience is required.

Formación

• UK right to work required.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4.
• No overlapping qualifications with this apprenticeship.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a structured induction and join the Internal Growth team.
• Learn to track activity, monitor progress and identify opportunities.
• Support campaigns and create engaging communications.
• Prepare clear presentations and support meetings with stakeholders.
• Note actions and follow up in key meetings.
