Priory Group is opening Horizon House, a new residential addiction service. This Service Manager role leads its launch, oversees day-to-day operations and builds a high-performing team.

You will ensure safe, compassionate care, align with regulatory standards, and deliver the Flourish programme for clients who may not require medical detox. This role suits someone with experience in residential addiction, mental health or dual-diagnosis services.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential addiction, mental health or dual-diagnosis services.
• Experience managing risk, including safeguarding and complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the therapy-led residential service.
• Create a safe, supportive and high-performing environment.
• Shape the culture and direction of the service.
• Lead the launch of Horizon House from day one.
• Ensure high standards of care and positive outcomes for people supported.
• Own operational performance for long-term sustainability.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and Priory Group standards.
• Lead the service delivering the Flourish programme.
