Job summary

Priory Horizon House is recruiting a Therapy Lead to join our new team of Therapists within our addiction programme. You will lead and develop clinical staff and contribute to patient care in a calm, therapeutic environment.

This leadership role requires HCPC registration or equivalent, strong clinical governance, and the ability to manage complex cases within a supportive Priory network across the UK.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP or UKCP) with addiction services experience.
• Proven leadership and managerial supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in a commercial environment with cost management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse range of therapy staff within the team.
• Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy.
• Maintain a reduced level of patient-facing clinical hours for line management.
• Be available for clinical issues, risk management, and MDT collaboration.
