Job summary

Priory Horizon House seeks a Therapy Lead to head a new team of therapists within a pioneering addiction therapy programme. The role involves leading a diverse therapy team, overseeing supervision, and managing clinical delivery at Horizon House in a supportive residential setting.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered (or equivalent psychotherapist credentials) with strong leadership and extensive experience in addiction services, cost awareness, and adaptability to evolving business

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with HCPC or accredited psychotherapist with BACP/BABCP/UKCP.
• Strong leadership capabilities to support and guide a diverse therapy team.
• Substantial experience in addiction services and mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise therapy staff across multiple specialisms.
• Facilitate regular management supervision per Priory policy.
• Maintain reduced clinical hours while ensuring team line management responsibilities.
• Assist with clinical issues, risk management and complex patient needs as needed.
