Job summary
Priory is opening Horizon House in Nottingham, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing it to life. You will lead the day-to-day running of a new residential addictions service, ensuring a safe, compliant and high-performing environment for clients and staff.
As the CQC Registered Manager, you’ll hold overall responsibility for quality, safeguarding, governance and operational performance, with a strong focus on person-centred, recovery-focused care
Qualifications
- Significant experience within addiction or substance misuse services.
- Proven track record as a Service Manager or senior operational leader.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and quality standards.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication with commissioners, referrers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day running of a therapy-led residential service.
- Ensure quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.
- Oversee staffing, occupancy and budget control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners and partners.
- Create a safe, supportive and high-performing environment for clients and colleagues.
