Job summary

Priory Horizon House is opening a new therapy-led addiction location and seeks a Therapy Lead to head a team of therapists. You will supervise psychology, therapy and related disciplines, balance clinical duties with leadership, and support patient recovery in a structured, non-medical setting.

The role requires HCPC registration or accredited psychotherapy qualifications, substantial addiction experience, and strong cost-management and interpersonal skills. Email contact provided for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Registered HCPC or accredited psychotherapist with BACP, BABCP, or UKCP.
• Substantial experience in addiction services.
• Experience delivering managerial supervision to a therapy team.
• Experience working in a commercial environment with cost awareness and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychology and therapy roles.
• Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy.
• Maintain reduced patient-facing clinical hours to enable line management responsibilities.
• Be available for clinical issues, including risk management and complex patient needs.
