A leading real estate consultancy in the UK is seeking a Valuation Surveyor with 0-2.5 years PQE. My client is an established market-leading UK real estate consultancy, acting to provide successful outcomes for both public and private sector clients. They provide commercial advice through all stages of the asset life cycle, specialising in a variety of sectors including retail, residential, mixed-use development, commercial office space, healthcare and infrastructure.
Located in their buzzing city office, they are currently at a headcount of around 200 professionals, the current team of four Valuation Surveyors are looking to grow given their large client demand. Given the amount of work that they have, there is not necessarily a requirement to focus on additional business development, more a case of fulfilling and servicing existing clients. The leadership team are happy to provide support and training should it be required.
In terms of their valuation work, it is mainly commercial 60% and the rest made up of residential, portfolio valuations, retail and development – 70% loan sec work, the other 30% made up of financial accounts valuations. They act for a lot of very large clients such as London council authority's, London Olympics games and park entities – large corporates and do a lot of advisory for family trusts.
MRICS, FRICS 0-2.5 years PQE - title will be Surveyor or Senior Surveyor
