Job summary

You will advise on compulsory purchase, lead negotiations with landowners and clients, mentor junior colleagues, and help deliver compliant, timely land-related outcomes while promoting safety and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation claims and land valuation processes.
• Ability to manage negotiations with landowners, clients and regulators.
• Strong advisory skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of CPO legislation and related guidance.
