Ardent Management Limited seeks a Senior Surveyor to provide land compensation and valuation advice for major infrastructure and regeneration projects. The role sits within the Land Services directorate and supports strategic compensation, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.

You will act as a trusted advisor on compensation and compulsory purchase, project manage negotiations with landowners and clients, and maintain high-quality engagement across transport, renewables, utilities and

Competenze

• Experience in building effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Awareness and compliance with RICS Professional Statements or relevant guidance.
• Ability to project manage and negotiate land acquisitions and compensation.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and guiding delivery on major projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
