Job summary

Ardent is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join its East of England team in Cambridge. You will deliver land acquisition and access work across major infrastructure projects, managing landowner engagement and driving case progression.

You will collaborate with land, legal, engineering and consenting professionals, handling access agreements, licences, wayleaves and easements while building strong stakeholder relations and delivering outcomes for complex schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering land access and acquisition casework across infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing landowner engagement and progressing cases to resolution.
• Experience with access agreements and licences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land access and acquisition casework across major infrastructure projects.
• Manage landowner engagement and progression of cases to resolution.
• Work on access agreements and licences, and manage wayleaves and easements.
• Undertake land referencing and title review, working with land, legal, engineering and consenting teams.
• Build strong relationships with landowners, clients and stakeholders and drive key cases forward.
