Ardent Management Limited is seeking a Land Manager/Surveyor to join our Land Assembly team in Glasgow. The role involves delivering land access strategies across infrastructure projects, with opportunities to work rurally and in urban settings, and potential UK-wide assignments. Hybrid working is supported.

Ideal candidates will advise on land rights, compensation, and habitat management agreements while contributing to growth and client satisfaction within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Project Delivery – assist in the delivery of projects tasks, ensuring project delivery and outcomes are met.
• Exceed client expectations through client delight score and maximise performance of the team.
• Communication - liaising with landowners, serving notices, negotiating access, client interaction and responding to public inquiries.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and improve public trust, reducing conflicts or delays to land access.
• Support Project Account Manager with financials, timesheets and expenses to be accurate and on time.
• Provide guidance on land rights processes and lead negotiations to secure land access agreements.
