Job summary

Ardent is hiring a Surveyor to support land access and acquisition across major infrastructure projects in the East of England. Based in Cambridge with hybrid working, you will engage landowners, clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive cases forward from intake to resolution.

You will handle access agreements, licences, wayleaves and easements while conducting land referencing and title review. Strong organisational skills and energy sector exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of land access and acquisition casework.
• Knowledge of wayleaves and easements is desirable.
• Experience in land referencing and title review.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and case management skills.
• Ability to manage landowner relationships and drive cases forward.
• Excellent organisation and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land access and acquisition casework across major infrastructure projects.
• Manage landowner engagement and progress cases to resolution.
• Work on access agreements and licences.
