Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is recruiting a Surveyor to join our Manchester team and deliver land and property advisory services on behalf of clients for major utility and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead projects, manage teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining high professional standards and ongoing CPD. An MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is required, with a UK driving license and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in leading a team or projects.
• Be a natural problem solver.
• Be a great team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
• Lead projects and teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
