Ardent is recruiting an experienced Surveyor to join its East of England team in Cambridge. You will deliver land acquisition and access casework on major infrastructure projects, engaging landowners and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering land access and acquisition casework.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and case management skills.
• Experience with access agreements and licences.
• Knowledge of wayleaves and easements and land referencing.
• Ability to drive cases forward and manage landowner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land access and acquisition casework across major infrastructure projects.
• Manage landowner engagement and progress cases to resolution.
• Work on access agreements and licences.
• Manage wayleaves and easements.
• Undertake land referencing and title review.
• Collaborate with land, legal, engineering and consenting teams.
• Build relationships with landowners, clients and stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for key cases and ensure progression.
