This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from site identification, negotiation, and land/site acquisition. You will lead a professional team through planning, obtaining consents, supporting construction, and ongoing asset management.
You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers. The role involves ownership of development and planning processes from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
