Job summary

RNID is seeking a proactive Near You Coordinator for Lanarkshire to lead the development and delivery of community services across the region. This role involves coordinating around 20 drop-in sessions, recruiting and managing about 30 volunteers, and ensuring clinics run smoothly with local knowledge to identify new opportunities.

Some travel to venues will be required, with home-based work and possible evening/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate around 20 drop-in services and recruit, train and manage a team of around 30 volunteers to deliver the RNID Near You service in Lanarkshire.
• Set up and run clinics with strong local knowledge to identify new opportunities for delivery of RNID Near You services.
• Travel to venues for drop-in clinics and occasional evenings/weekends as required.
