Job summary

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking motivated individuals to join a team that provides support to Home Carers, scheduling and allocating work for vulnerable people in the community. The role involves IT usage and both office-based and home-working components.

You will need administrative or scheduling experience, strong organisation, and the ability to handle telephone calls in difficult situations. Interviews will be held face to face.

Qualifications

• Administrative or scheduling experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
• Accurate and well-organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage telephone calls and support people in difficulty.
