Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee a domiciliary care service across three Glasgow sites, within circa 30 minutes of each other. The role covers care delivery for around 70 adults, including those with Parkinson’s, dementia and complex needs, with an immediate start available.

This hands-on position requires driving, rota management, and experience in care assessments and reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience within domiciliary care is essential.
• Experience creating staff rotas and coordinating multiple sites.
• Ability to conduct care assessments and reviews with service users and families.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; willing to work toward NVQ/SVQ Level 3 if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care delivery across three sites for approximately 70 service users.

• Carry out spot checks and quality monitoring across locations.
• Develop and manage staff rotas.
• Provide staff supervision and support.

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £25,000 per annum (reviewed after probation)

Hours: Full-Time, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care service across three locations in Glasgow, all within approximately 30 minutes of each other. Requirements

• Experience within domiciliary care — essential
• Strong rota management and staff coordination skills
• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews
• Full UK driving licence — essential
• NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
