Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Senior Lab Project Services Manager to oversee operational delivery of clinical study projects. You will manage design, protocol/budget reviews, and meetings, ensuring quality database setup and robust documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams across global sites, monitor timelines and budgets, and act as the escalation point for study-level issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management processes and laboratory operations.
• Experience leading large, global, complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and launch of non-standard, complex clinical research studies.
• Review processes and maintain current Project Services systems to improve execution and database design.
• Lead protocol and budget review, kickoff meetings, and develop project plans with milestones, risks and actions.
• Oversee eTMF filing, monitoring, reporting, and study documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with all operational areas to resolve issues.
