Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Safety leader to manage and deliver high-quality services on assigned projects, spanning clinical trial and post-market activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, compliant delivery across the opportunity lifecycle.

You will collaborate with global management and integrated partners to develop strategic solutions, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and drive growth

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Lifecycle Safety with PM experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teleconference leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
• Accountability, ownership and transparency.
• Financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interface and project delivery with Lifecycle Safety teams.
• Oversee project planning, scope, quality, and budgets.
• Report program metrics and manage portfolio-level deliverables.
• Develop and defend proposed solutions for new opportunities.
• Create customer-facing collateral and presentations across lifecycle.
• Support start-up of new projects using SOPs and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Sales/Proposals for tailored responses.
• Contribute to audits and corrective action plans.
• Ensure global consistency with senior leadership.
