Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Senior Lab Project Services Manager to oversee the operational delivery of global clinical studies. You will design, launch and monitor complex protocols, budgets and timelines, coordinating across study setup, data management and monitoring teams.

This role emphasizes process improvement, risk management and stakeholder communication, with hybrid options and home/office-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5-7 years in clinical trials/project management.
• Knowledge of central lab operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading global Phase I–IV trials.
• Ability to create and maintain project timelines.
• Experience managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch non-standard, complex clinical studies.
• Review processes and maintain Project Services systems.
• Lead protocol and budget reviews; coordinate kickoff meetings.
• Manage PM plans, timelines, risks, issues, and actions.
• Own customer relationships; coordinate study teams and escalations.
