Job summary

AGS is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer for its London-based, transatlantic service desk. The role centers on macOS with Jamf Pro, while also supporting Windows and Microsoft 365.

You will act as the escalation point between first-line support and senior engineers, working closely with an external Mac support partner. Ideal candidates have 3+ years enterprise IT support, strong macOS knowledge, Jamf expertise, and working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong macOS knowledge and Jamf expertise.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Resolve L2 escalations across macOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Mac estate with Jamf Pro; manage policies and deployments.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
• Escalate as needed and coordinate with senior engineers.
