Vertisystem is seeking a Tier 3 Service Desk Analyst to join our London IT team. This hands-on, high-impact role requires ownership of complex issues and scale improvements in IT support.

You will escalate to Tier 3, manage macOS/Windows, Google Workspace, and security tooling while mentoring junior team members. This role focuses on delivering reliable IT services in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support with advanced Tier 3 troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows 10/11.
• Experience with VPNs, SSO, endpoint security, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation point for advanced technical issues across software, hardware, SaaS, identity and networking.
• Manage macOS and Windows environments using Jamf Pro and Intune.
• Administer Google Workspace including Admin Console, user lifecycle and security.
• Support IT projects such as office buildouts, acquisitions and hardware refreshes.
• Develop automation opportunities using scripting and workflow tools.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts to improve service quality.
