Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor on a six-month fixed-term contract to support a busy L&D programme. You will design and deliver high-quality learning interventions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well coordinated and impactful.

From scoping through to delivery and evaluation, you will manage projects, oversee BAU activities, and help maintain an engaging learning offer. A practical, delivery-focused approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in learning and development and understanding of different formats and training methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering high-quality learning interventions.
• Clear understanding of the learning cycle and evaluation methods.
