Serco Group Plc in the UK and Europe Defence team is seeking an L&D Quality Lead to shape learning solutions across AFRS programmes, ensuring they are designed, developed, delivered and evaluated to the highest standards.

You will drive quality assurance frameworks, analyse learner feedback and performance data, and collaborate with L&D managers, course designers and SMEs to improve learning effectiveness and readiness. Strong DSAT knowledge and CIPD/LPI qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, evaluation or continuous improvement in an L&D environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence teams.
• Knowledge of Defence or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA activities across AFRS learning programmes and workstreams.
• Ensure learning solutions align with DSAT methodology, governance requirements and contractual obligations.
• Review learning products and materials to maintain high-quality standards.
• Establish QA frameworks, evaluation methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
• Analyse learner feedback and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers, Course Designers and SMEs to improve learning effectiveness.
• Support audits, governance reviews and readiness activities.
