Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking an L&D Quality Lead to shape and monitor high-quality learning across UK Defence programmes. You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning solutions to meet operational needs and improve readiness in the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS).

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, evaluation or continuous improvement in a learning and development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience reviewing learning solutions and training materials against defined standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities across AFRS learning programmes and workstreams.
• Ensure learning solutions align with DSAT methodology, governance and contractual obligations.
• Review learning products and materials to maintain high-quality standards.
• Establish and implement QA frameworks, evaluation methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
• Analyze learner feedback, assessment results and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce reports, dashboards and management information to support decision making.
• Collaborate with L&D Managers, Course Designers, Content Creators and stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness and learner experience.
• Support audits, governance reviews and learning assurance processes across the programme.
