Job summary

The Lycetts Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Learning & Development Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is UK-based with flexible location and occasional travel to the Newcastle head office for key meetings and workshops.

You will lead analysis, design and development of two learning projects, partnering with stakeholders to create training frameworks and measurement of impact aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development roles, ideally in regulated environments.
• Strong needs analysis, programme design, facilitation and evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory training expectations and CPD requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple offices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design and development of two learning projects.
• Create learning frameworks, syllabuses and pathways aligned to strategy and regulatory needs.
• Identify or develop effective learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain learning library, governance, and communications tooling.
• Provide support for onboarding and induction pathways for new starters.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance and leaders for stakeholder engagement.
