Job summary

Justteachers Ltd. is recruiting for a dedicated teacher to join a supportive SEND school near Spalding, working with primary-aged pupils with a range of needs. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, adapt strategies for various abilities, and collaborate with therapists and support staff to meet individual learning plans.

QTS required; ASAP start; both full-time and part-time positions available. You will work closely with the school team to monitor progress and tailor activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEND, or a strong interest in developing within a specialist setting.
• Secure understanding of a range of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to support diverse learners.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

A supportive and inclusive SEND school near Spalding catering for primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs. The school is dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment where every child can thrive both academically and personally. With a strong focus on personalised learning, communication, and independence, you will play a key role in delivering creative, adapted lessons that meet the diverse needs of your pupils. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, starting ASAP.
