Aspire People Limited are recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support Key Stage 2 pupils in a thriving Primary School in Barry. The successful candidate will deliver engaging activities, help with differentiation and provide feedback to aid progress.

You will be part of a supportive team, with opportunities for professional development and a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and inclusive practice, including SNRB students.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6)
• Be confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum
• Be able to mark work and provide constructive feedback
• Be a team player and work closely with other staff members
• Be passionate about supporting students with additional needs (including SNRB students)

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sessions that engage and inspire students
• Move around the school and work across different year groups as needed
