Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a primary school environment for KS2. You will support learning across KS2, lead lessons when required, and deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.

You will collaborate with class teachers and support staff to help pupils develop academically and personally while upholding high behaviour and learning standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confidence working with groups of pupils.
• Excellent communication skills; positive and adaptable.
• Passion for supporting children's education.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across KS2
• Lead lessons and activities when required
