Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an individual passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in Stafford. This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support to a Key Stage 2 student, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop academically and socially.

You will play a vital role in creating an inclusive learning environment and tracking their progress while enjoying flexible work arrangements within local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working 1:1 with children with SEN.
• Patient, empathetic, and flexible teaching approach.
• Ability to liaise with teachers, parents, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Key Stage 2 student.
• Track and report the child's progress.
• Work with the class teacher on learning strategies.

Skills
